JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Understand the scope of the project and assist in designing and developing e-learning courseware for Clients
  • Work with subject matter experts (SME) closely to work on the content development
  • Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
  • Build the quiz/assessment (provided by the SME) in LMS
  • Provide feedback regarding the exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Assist Graphics team for creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders
  • Interact with Subject Matter Experts and Project managers for content review and to resolve queries
  • Proactively communicate progress to Content Head/Program Manager and escalate project scope changes as needed.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors-Any (English : Preferable)

Masters-Any (English : Preferable)
